Location: Chalets are located behind The Rock (Baptist Church Complex) at 170 – 174 Coleraine Rd, Portstewart. They have a superb view overlooking the River Bann. Kitchen/Lounge is upstairs to maximise the beautiful views.

Rental Duration: During High Season, chalet rentals commence at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Booking periods are Saturday to Saturday during High Season but we welcome visitors for shorter periods (eg weekends) at other times.

Chalet Equipment: All chalets (which have recently been refurbished and now include both a shower unit and a bath in the bathroom) are fully equipped for self-catering with gas heating. They are furnished with electrical hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle,washing machine/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair-dryer, sufficient cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery/crockery, bed linen, duvets/pillows, TV/DVD/Radio. 2 gas BBQ’s and some outdoor tables/chairs are available – shared between chalets.

Deposits and Breakages: Deposits (£50) are payable at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before the holiday date. Electricity, gas and linen hire charges are included in the rental. Linen includes sheets and pillowcases. Towels are not provided. Any damage or breakages will be charged for. Chalets must be vacated in a clean and tidy condition.

Restrictions: Pets, smoking & alcohol are not allowed in the chalets. Unfortunately the chalets are not suitable for disabled/wheelchair use.

How do I pay for my holiday?
Once your dates have been confirmed we request that you send a deposit of £50 per chalet to secure the booking. This will be acknowledged either by email, fax or phone. At present we can only accept cash or cheque. (Please make cheques payable to Portstewart Baptist Church)

How do I get my key?
Just before your arrival, you will be given a security code which will enable you to pick up your key, located inside the metal box on the door of your chalet.
