Chalet Information
Location: Chalets are located behind The Rock (Baptist Church Complex) at 170 – 174 Coleraine Rd, Portstewart. They have a superb view overlooking the River Bann. Kitchen/Lounge is upstairs to maximise the beautiful views.
Rental Duration: Chalet rentals commence 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11.00am (High Season) on the day of departure. Booking periods are Saturday to Saturday (High Season) except by prior arrangement. Chalets must be vacated in a clean and tidy condition.
Chalet Equipment: All chalets are fully equipped for self-catering with gas heating. They are furnished with electrical hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle,washing machine/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair-dryer, sufficient cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery/crockery, bed linen, duvets/pillows, TV/DVD/Radio. 2 gas BBQ’s and some outdoor tables/chairs are available – shared between chalets.
Deposits and Breakages: Deposits (£50) are payable at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before the holiday date. Electricity, gas and linen hire charges are included in the rental. Linen includes sheets and pillowcases. Towels are not provided. Any damage or breakages will be charged for.
Restrictions: Pets, smoking & alcohol are not allowed in the chalets. Unfortunately the chalets are not suitable for disabled/wheelchair use.

All chalets offer the same accommodation but the more expensive ones have slightly larger rooms.
Leinster £400 – 1 Bedroom with king size bed
2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds each
1 4’ sofa bed in living area
Ulster £375 – 1 Bedroom with king size bed
2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds each
1 4’ sofa bed in living area
Munster & Connaught £350 – 1 Bedroom with king size bed
1 Bedroom with bunk beds
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds
1 4’ sofa bed in living area
How do I pay for my holiday?
Once your dates have been confirmed we request that you send a deposit of £50 per chalet to secure the booking. This will be acknowledged either by email, fax or phone. At present we can only accept cash or cheque. (Please make cheques payable to Portstewart Baptist Church)
You will be contacted and told where to pick up the keys nearer the time. Any other help may be obtained by phoning the Church Office (028) 7083 4238 or emailing the church office.
